Otherwise, if you plan on dropping off your items, please schedule an appointment with us by selecting the Drop-Off: Libertyville Office Location option in the form above. Once we approve your request, we will send you an email with the address of our office location.

We strongly advise you to ship your package with USPS Signature Confirmation. This ensures that we sign for your package and it does not get taken by someone who is not a member of our staff.

Payment will be delivered to you after we recieve your item(s), and the time taken to issue payment is entirely dependent on the method of payment you choose. Physical Check & eCheck will all be prompt (within 24 hours). Zelle will be prompt to an extent as there is daily limits. If your package is received after the daily limit is met, payment will be issued once the limit resets the next day. PayPal & Venmo are also prompt to an extent. Subject to available daily balance. These options will still be paid out within 48 hours of receiving your item(s).
